DiscoverE A US-based organization that heavily engages volunteers and provides resources to promote engineering education to the K-12 segment.

Engineer-in-Residence (EIR) Program EIR is an outreach program created by Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO) that reaches elementary and high school students by connecting them with an engineer. The program aims to bridge the gap between classroom theory and real world experience as well as promotes STEM literacy. The EIR Website also offers great resources.

Society of Women Engineers US-based organization dedicated to the success and the achievement of full career potential of women in engineering. SWE&amprsquo;s website offers valuable information and resources.

WinSETT Centre The WinSETT Centre aims to encourage, retain and advance women in science, engineering, trades, and technology (SETT) careers through partnerships, delivering leadership workshops, and promoting women as role model and mentors.

Canadian Engineering Memorial Foundation Established in 1989 following the tragic death of 14 women at École Polytechnique, the Canadian Engineering Memorial Foundation offers scholarships and awards that encourage young women to choose engineering as a career

Canadian Federation of Engineering Students The Canadian Federation of Engineering Students (CFES), which operates in close partnership with Engineers Canada, is a national, bilingual organization that represents approximately 60,000 engineering students across Canada.

CCWESTT (Canadian Coalition of Women in Engineering, Science, Trades and Technology) A national organization of institutions, groups, and industries that promotes girls and women that study and work in those fields. CCWESTT is best known for its biennial conference.

NSERC Chairs for Women in Science and Engineering Program&ampnbsp; A regionally based program with the goal of increasing the participation of women and providing role models for women that are considering a career in sciences and engineering or are already active in these fields.

ONWiE (Ontario Network of Women in Engineering)&ampnbsp; A network of Ontario schools and faculties that work together to support women that are currently engineers or students and to encourage the next generation to pursue engineering as a career through programs such as Go Eng Girl.
